• Sample Returns Due to Damage During Transit: If the sample you received has been damaged due to a manufacturing error during transit, please inform us immediately. In this case, we offer the option of either a full refund or sending a new sample at no additional cost.

Sample Exchanges: If the sample you received does not meet your needs or you wish to try a different product, we are always available to facilitate this change. Requests for sample exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
